At CLSTN, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must have all original tags attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, activewear that shows signs of wear, use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
